Standards you can
verify, not just trust.
Every placement, every service, every member of staff is held to the same set of policies. This page sets them out in full — because compliance you have to ask about isn't compliance you can rely on.
No one works a shift until every check is complete.
Identity & Right to Work
Photo ID and UK right-to-work status verified before any application progresses.
Enhanced DBS
Enhanced DBS check obtained or verified via the Update Service for every candidate.

Safeguarding Policy
Sterling Peak Healthcare treats the protection of children and vulnerable adults as a non-negotiable priority. Every member of staff receives safeguarding awareness as part of their induction and is required to:
- Report any safeguarding concern immediately to management and, where appropriate, to the relevant local authority safeguarding team.
- Understand the signs of abuse, neglect and exploitation relevant to their role.
- Never act alone on a serious concern — escalation is always supported, never penalised.
Our designated safeguarding lead is the Managing Director, contactable via info@sterlingpeakhealthcare.co.uk or +44 7770 710362.
